Return Policy
All returns and replacements must be pre-approved by us before you ship anything back. Please contact us within 2 weeks of delivery with your invoice number, invoice date, the product you wish to return and the issue with the product. Once your request is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions.
- We offer a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping and handling) for products returned within 2 weeks of delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we also refund shipping and handling.
- Products can be replaced instead of refunded on request.
- Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and carefully packed for return.
- Sterile / single-use items, custom-made items and quote-only products (such as diagnostic and ophthalmic products shipped by partner distributors) can only be returned if they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
